The
WINR’S Club (Women in Non-traditional Roles)
is a student organization that addresses the professional
development of its members through peer mentoring and
career guidance.
The
Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is a national
education service society with an active student chapter
at TCI. It assists women pursuing degrees in traditionally
male dominated fields through tutoring, counseling, and
educational and social events.
TCI
Times for Her, our quarterly newsletter, provides
career advice and support as well as articles to help
you stay current on issues relevant to women in technology.
TCI’s
Women in Traditional Roles Scholarship provides
three $500 scholarships each semester for women enrolled
in digital media arts, computer software technology, electronics
engineering technology, environmental control technology,
industrial electronics technology, or networking technology.
To
apply you must submit:
- a
copy of the TCI financial planning worksheet (new students)
or account card (continuing students).

a typed essay detailing your need for the scholarship,
including the need for assistance for non-direct educational
costs such as child care and transportation.
